01Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Momentum IQ marketing site and the early-access (“Founder Beta”) request form. During this stage, Momentum IQ grants access on an invite-only basis. If you are approved for paid access, payment is handled through an external hosted checkout provider such as Tranzila; payment-card details are entered with that provider, not on this site.
02Information we collect
When you submit the early-access request form, we collect only what you provide and a small amount of basic technical context:

03How we use it
- Founders access coordination — to manage and respond to your request.
- Invite review — to review and decide on early-access invitations.
- Product communication — to email you about early access and related product updates.
- Abuse prevention — to protect the form from spam and misuse.
We do not use your information to provide investment advice or recommendations.
04What we do NOT collect
- No brokerage, account, or trade-execution data. Momentum IQ does not connect to brokerage or trading accounts, does not sync account balances, and does not place or execute trades. Execution happens outside Momentum IQ, in your own broker or trading platform.
- No payment-card details on this site. Approved paid access may be handled through an external hosted checkout provider such as Tranzila. Card data is entered with that provider and is not collected or stored by Momentum IQ on this site.
- No special-category or financial-account data is requested by the form.
05No sale of personal data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising on this site. We do not share your details except with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting), and only as needed to run the service.
06How we store and protect it
Early-access requests are stored privately on our own infrastructure. We store a hashed IP rather than the raw address, restrict who can access the data, and serve the site over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
07Retention & deletion (your choices)
We keep early-access requests only as long as needed to coordinate access and related communication, after which they may be deleted or anonymized. You can ask us at any time to access or delete the information associated with your email.
08Cookies & tracking
During this stage the site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts to render the page. If analytics or other cookies are introduced later, this policy will be updated and consent obtained where required.
09Children
Momentum IQ is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10International
We operate from, and may process information in, the locations where our infrastructure and team are based. By submitting the form you understand your information may be processed in those locations.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops (for example, when accounts or payments are introduced). Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
